Peri Peri Sauce (2L)

This sauce compliments anything it touches by adding zest and spice without overpowering it.

A great marinade for seafood and meat.  Adds the wow factor to burgers and makes a feisty dip for French fries or wedges.  Coat veggies like cauliflower, potatoes, mushrooms, capsicum or aubergines and then grill roast or saute.

INGREDIENTS

Tomato (from paste), vinegar, sugar, thickeners (1442, 415, 412, 401), salt, hot sauce concentrate (2%), bell pepper, lemon juice concentrate, vegetable oil, chilli (1%) (birdseye chilli, cayenne pepper), onion, garlic, food acid (270), spices, herbs, preservatives (202, 211), lime extract, natural colour (paprika), antioxidant (385).
