Grilled Fish Fillet with Tartare Sauce
  
   2 x 150 gm fish fillets
Olive oil
1 tbsp French Maid crushed garlic in oil
French Maid lemon pepper seasoning
Salt
Kiwi Style tartare sauce
French fries & lettuce garnish
  
   Brush the fish with olive oil and crushed garlic
Season with lemon pepper seasoning and salt
Heat a suitable grill and cook the fish on both sides until still moist in the centre
Serve with tartare sauce, French fries and salad
Makes two portions
