Chicken Skewer
with
Smokey Barbecue Sauce and Garlic Aioli
  
   300 gm chicken breast or thigh meat
Oil
French Maid Cajun seasoning
French Maid smokey barbecue sauce
French Maid garlic aioli
  
   Trim and slice the meat into long strips and thread onto skewers
Brush with oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning
Grill until the meat is just cooked
Serve with stir-fried vegetables with barbecue sauce and garlic aioli.
