Strawberries with Crème of Balsamic

Take a punnet of strawberries.
Wash and clean them.
As preferred, they can be cut into pieces or left whole.
Place the strawberries into a bowl and dress with 2 3 tablespoons of Crème of Balsamic.
Leave to stand for about 15 minutes. Add sugar to taste, gently mix well and serve in “Sunday” glasses.

Boiled Potatoes with Crème of Balsamic
|

Boil a few potatoes. When cooked cut them into chunky pieces.
While the potatoes are boiling, prepare a pesto-like mixture of finely chopped parsley and garlic.
Place the potato chunks in a hot serving dish and dress with the parsley-garlic-mixture, salt, olive oil and one teaspoon of Crème of Balsamic.

Drizzle over fruit, ice-cream, salads and cheese.
Use as a basting marinade for meats, poultry and fish.
