Heat a little oil in a fry pan
Add the onion and fry until translucent
Add the garlic and cook for one more minute, take off the heat
Place the mince in a suitable bowl and mix with the onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper, shape into small balls
Heat a heavy based fry pan, add a little oil and fry the meat balls tossing them until an even brown colour is achieved
Add the chicken stock, tomato sauce, mild sweet chilli sauce and parsley
Cook over a very low heat for 20 minutes
