Beef and Bacon Stack with Tomato and Mild Sweet Chilli Sauce
  
   Oil
small onion, finely diced
1 tsp French Maid crushed garlic in oil
300 gm beef mince
1 tsp French Maid Cajun seasoning
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp Kiwi Style tomato sauce (for the meat mixture)
2 slices sour dough bread
4 slices streaky bacon
Kiwi Style tomato sauce
Kiwi Style mild sweet chilli sauce
  
   Heat the oil in a fry pan
Add the onion and fry until translucent
Add the garlic and cook for one more minute, take off the heat
Place the mince in a suitable mixing bowl and mix with the onion and garlic
Mix in the Cajun seasoning, egg and tomato sauce
Shape into patties and fry in a pan or flat grill
Toast slices of bread, grill the bacon and assemble with tomato sauce
Serve with French fries, tomato and sweet Thai chilli sauce and French fries
