Fred Groen - Managing Director
	Fred has been the Managing Director and a Board Member of the Company since 1980. Through his passion, drive and vision the Company has grown under his leadership. Fred is a former world barefoot watersking world champion and a keen triathlete.
	Alan Robinson - Sales and Marketing Manager
	Alan, our Sales and Marketing Manager,has been with the Company since January 2005. His background in the fast moving consumer goods ("FMCG") market has been with Sara Lee Bakery Australia, Cerebos Foods Australia and New Zealand, SC Johnson New Zealand - Retail, Delmaine Trading - Retail. Previous to that Alan was a Chef in New Zealand and England.
	Bruce Hodges - Operations Manager
	With over 20 years of production experience obtained from time spent both in the UK and USA in large production environments, Bruce oversees all areas of manufacturing at the Seaview plant. Bruce brings a strong focus on continuous business improvement and lean manufacturing to Groenz and is constantly looking for improvement in all areas of manufacturing.
	Sophie Shaw - Technical Manager
	With a broad and extensive experience of product development and quality across food industry, from Fresh Produce, Consultancy to Sports Nutrition, Sophie has worked in both privately owned and global companies across Europe and New Zealand. She brings a passion for innovation and never compromises on the highest standards.
	Ravi Kalpage - Human Resources Manager
	Ravi joined as HR Manager for Groenz and GSF Fresh in a shared services role. At the beginning of his career, Ravi trained and worked in Human Resources, Manufacturing and Commercial. He brings international experience from Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and Holcim including experience in the food industry. More recently he worked as HR Manager with Victoria Business School followed by period with Buckley Systems in Auckland as HR Manager and Skylight Trust as HR/Operations Manager.
