Brian Dick - Chairman
	Brian is currently President of Global Liquid Products and GSF Fresh Produce for Golden State Foods and is based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Originally from Northern Ireland, Brian has been with Golden State Foods since 1999 and has held a variety of commercial and manufacturing leadership roles throughout the company.
	Fred Groen - Director
	Fred has been the Managing Director and a Board Member of the Company since 1980. Through his passion, drive and vision the Company has grown under his leadership. Fred is a former world barefoot watersking world champion and a keen triathlete.
	John Wafer - Director
	John Wafer (Director) John is currently the Managing Director of GSF New Zealand and GSF Australia. John has been in these roles since February 2010 following the GSF acquisition of the New Zealand business in which he was a partner. Previous to joining GSF John was the Managing Director of the office products distributor OfficeMax in New Zealand and then in Australia. John has an extensive background in food manufacturing and marketing in sectors such as dairy, meat,beverages and fresh produce. John is a director of several private companies in the food sector. Based in Auckland John is a keen part time orchardist. In partnership with his wife, John owns and operates a 3 hectare Feijoa orchard located at Matakana.
	Joe Heffington - Director
	Joe is currently Corporate Vice President of Finance with Golden State Foods based in Irvine, CA. With a strong background in senior finance roles within the US dairy industry, Joe was previously CFO for the second largest diary cooperative in the US "California Dairies Inc". In his spare time Joe enjoys sailing and hiking.
	John Ashby - Director
	John Ashby is an independent professional director. He has extensive experience in the international food and beverage industry and held CEO and senior executive roles with Whitbread UK, Lion Nathan, Kraft General Foods, Rio Beverages, Cerebos Gregg's, Columbus Coffee, Bell Tea and Foodstuffs Auckland. John has degrees in Engineering and Commerce at Auckland, and is currently director of Asure Quality, Tasti Products, Columbus Coffee, Integria Healthcare, Yealands Wine Group and a trustee of Medicine Mondiale.
